Secure Shopping
The online shopping system used on this website is through WooCommerce shopping cart integrated through Paypal gateway.

Stock Availability
We endeavour to keep everything in our Online Shop in stock so we can supply your order ASAP. If we cannot supply a product immediately we will contact you by email to advise you of the next availability or of a suitable alternative or we will refund your payment as last option. Orders are dispatched within 2 to 7 days of receipt of order. (Or contact will be made with you). 

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST (Australian Goods & Services Tax).

Return Policy
Firstly, may all of your purchases be filled with nourishment and delight and please choose your purchases with care. We are not obligated to accept a return if you simply change your mind. If you would like to try a smaller amount of our extract out, consider a trial size. We can supply a 10-gram sample packet for $15 AUD plus postage.

We need to receive the product and explanation before processing your refund or replacement.

  • Any qualifying unwanted perishable or unwanted item may be returned for a refund of the original cost of the item minus a 5% return fee.
  • Perishable/unwanted items MUST be unopened and the seal must be completely intact for refunds to be issued. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and A 5% return fee will be deducted from credit card/PayPal refunds on eligible product returns. If you opt for a store credit instead, this fee will be waived.

Defective/Damaged Goods
Please take a photo of damaged parcel and goods and send this to us by email to info@wildfirespinsthegold.com within 2 days of receipt of your parcel to enable us to claim courier or postal insurance and replace your damaged goods. Thus please check all items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

Sale items: (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Need to return an item?
If you have a problem with your product and would like to return it please contact us first by filling out our product return form which we will email to you once you contact us at info@wildfirespinsthegold.com.

We will require: Details on the item to be returned, proof of purchase, date of purchase and reasons for requesting such return. Please supply a contact phone number to reach you during business hours. Wait on us to supply you the current return postage details.

**If you made your purchase from a retail stockist, you will need to return it to that stockist – and their store policies apply in terms of refund or replacement.

When posting the Return
After our correspondence: Please state your name and address, original order reference (ID) and details of the item you are returning and enclose this in the package. Then please send returns to the address supplied by us in our return email to you. Please obtain proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We also recommend that you send the goods via an insured service. Goods must be securely packaged so as not to incur any damage upon their return.

We will use reasonable efforts to process all returns within 21 days of receipt. All refunds, less the delivery cost, will be credited to the original payment debit/credit card after we have received and inspected the returned item. A refund should be credited back to your card within 7 days of our receipt of the item, but please allow up to 30 days. For further questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be glad to assist.

Secure Shopping
Currently, we are solely using Paypal. Soon we will offer a direct credit card payment service.

All credit card transactions are processed securely. The security and confidentiality of your credit card details is of paramount importance to us. Credit card details are not available to our employees and no information regarding customers and their purchases is passed to any third party. When you are required to enter confidential information, such as your credit card details, Wild Fire Spins The Gold Marketing invokes SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to encrypt all details sent from you to our website. When SSL encryption is working, you should see a padlock appear at the bottom right of your browser window. (this is dependant on the version of the browser you have, some browsers may not have this feature).

Shipping Information
Shipping cost is additional to all prices listed on the website. Shipping is free for all Australian purchases over $100.

Domestic Australian Orders
We use Fastway Courier service as our first option to street addresses with someone at home or office during business hours or if it is okay to leave in a safe location outside the home. Secondly, we can use Australian Post for delivery of your order. For orders under $100 AUD, we charge $7.50 for Fastway Courier. With purchases over $100 AUD, you receive free shipping.

The timing of Dispatch of Product Ordered

  • All verified orders are generally dispatched within three working days (Monday through Friday), unless otherwise specified, e.g. special order items, e.g. sample bags.
  • If your item is not in stock or cannot be dispatched immediately, we will inform you of alternative suggestions by an email.
  • In general, please allow 2-4 business days for delivery once the order is dispatched.
  • Orders may be placed on a temporary hold of up to 5 business days if order details are incomplete or require additional review.
  • You will receive an email or text message to let you know the parcel has been posted. Through your email address, Fastways will send you tracking information of your parcels whereabouts.
  • Please also note that for first-time orders where the billing and delivery addresses differ we may contact you to verify that it is your card and your order – this is for your own protection.


For All Purchases Outside of Australia
Please contact us first if you have an interest in purchasing an item on this website and the delivery address is outside of Australia.

This cost shall need to be advised upon ordering and weighing of the item. We use airmail with Australian Post and this price begins at $50 for up to 20 kilos. Please enquire with us, there may be a possibility that the item you are requesting is stocked in the country you are from.

Customs Information For All International Customers
All internationally shipped items are subject to customs checks and potential charges. Each countries customs arrangements are different. Please be aware we are not liable for charges levied or delay of items held at customs. Legally we are obligated to mark all international shipments with value of goods.

Shipping Address

  • The customer is responsible for providing the full shipment details. Please make sure that your shipping information is correct and complete before submitting your order
  • We are not responsible for delayed or returned shipments as a result of incorrect or incomplete shipping information, failed delivery attempts, and/or unclaimed packages.
  • If you have unintentionally entered incorrect information please immediately contact us.
  • If your package ships out with an incorrect address on it, and the package is lost, we are not responsible for shipping a new package to you.
  • If your package ships out with an incorrect address on it, but the package is eventually returned to us by the shipping provider, it is your responsibility to pay for the reshipment costs on the package or else we can refund the cost of the products in the order minus a 5% restocking fee. Please note you are also responsible for any return postage fees.
  • Note that a PO box number is delivered by Australia Post and Fastways only delivers to a street address.


Missing Packages

  • If the delivery carrier doesn’t deliver your package or claims to have made the delivery but you have not received it, we will do our best to help you locate the package by opening an investigation with the carrier.
  • We are NOT the delivery carrier and are therefore not responsible for undelivered packages. However, we may be able to reship a package based on our investigation with the carrier and all parcels are insured with Fastway Couriers.
